All orders accepted are subject to the terms and conditions of sale below.
We reserve the right to refuse orders at our discretion. All designs are the copyright and property of To Have And To Gold/Catherine McCarthy. Neither you, nor a third party, may copy any part of the design or reproduce it in any way.
Our Materials and Products
We use high quality card stock and foils from UK suppliers. To avoid any minor differences between batches of these materials which may occur on occasion, we advise that you order your items at the same time. In order to assess colour and design in person as opposed to on a screen, we highly recommend ordering one of our sample invitation suites before placing your full order. This is because computer monitors and phone screens can calibrate colours differently, causing some variation. Hot foil stamping is a manual artisan craft where there can also be slight variations and imperfections to the finish. Whilst we take the utmost care to keep the hot foiling as uniform as possible, this is part of the nature of the process.
Payment & Pricing
We accept payment either in the form of a bank transfer stating your order number and name, or by credit/debit card via PayPal. PayPal transactions are handled on PayPal’s website so we do not receive or store customers’ card details. All prices are in GBP Sterling. Please check with your local customs office if ordering from overseas to find out if you will be required to pay any tax or import duties. We do not take responsibility for payment of any of these charges.
Sample packs are sent via 2nd Class Royal Mail. There is no delivery charge for these. For orders there is a delivery charge of £12.50 to cover tracked delivery. The package will need to be signed for on arrival.
