How many invites do I need?
It’s best to order one per couple/household and then a few spares for anyone extra.
Can I order both day and evening invites?
Please add to the basket the total number of invites you require, then when producing your wording file you can indicate the split of how many of each type and include the wording for each.
When should I send out my invites?
Wedding invitations are normally posted out 4 – 6 months before your wedding date to allow time for your guests to reply, and make any necessary work or childcare arrangements. This also allows for plenty of time for you to plan details of your day which may require you to know final guests numbers or any dietary requirements. You may also wish to send out a Save the Date a year before your wedding so people are aware of the date when booking future holidays, or to give enough notice for travel costs if you are planning a wedding abroad.
Do you accept returns?
As your wedding stationery has been personalised for you I am unable to offer returns. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please contact me at info@tohaveandtogold.co.uk. If any errors have been made on my part I will endeavour to resolve the issue.
Can I cancel my order?
In the unfortunate event you need to cancel your order you will receive a full refund if the design proof is yet to be produced. After this stage you may be eligible for a partial refund. If production has started, no refunds are available. Please see my Terms & Conditions.
Can you take rush orders?
If you have left it late to order please get in touch prior to ordering to make sure I can fulfil in accordance with your timelines.
